Last month, local 343 members working at United Way of Greater Toronto ratified a new collective agreement, effective June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. This deal includes wage increases each year, a signing bonus, improved on-call pay, and stronger notice protections for schedule changes.
None of this happens without members showing up. Huge thanks to our bargaining team and our Labour Relations Specialist, Chantel Mullings, for the hard work getting this across the line.
