New agreement alert! Members at COPE Local 343 have ratified a new collective agreement with Thrive Counselling.

The three-year deal includes a 2% wage increase each year, along with improvements to scheduling and training language. Congratulations to our Units Bargaining Team for their hard work securing these wins for 18 members.
