COPE Ontario Local 343 members at Goldblatt Partners LLP have ratified a strong new deal, 100% in favour!
Here’s what folks won over the 2 year term:
- Wage increases of 3.1% in 2026 and 3% in 2027 for Toronto members, with Ottawa members moving from 80.7% to 85% of the Toronto rate.
- New psychotherapy coverage.
- More money for printing, professional education, and expenses.
- Stronger mentorship language.
- More time off.
And no concessions. That’s what solidarity gets you.
