Real raises are landing in paycheques right now for staff at the London Health and Science Centre, with more still on the way.

 

Members matched under the new evaluation tool saw an average $4.40/hr increase, a 16% raise. That’s $3.2 million in new salary already, climbing to an estimated $3.5 million once every review is done.

 

We also scrapped the old three-step pay grid for a new six-step one, so members who’d hit the ceiling now have room to keep climbing.
