Union Leadership

Effective leadership in COPE locals and bargaining units is necessary in order for the union to continue to achieve our goals. This course will focus on helping participants to develop personal leadership skills and improve their communication with the membership. This course will help union leaders to understand how campaigns build membership involvement and union solidarity. This course also helps union leaders to develop strategies to organize and strengthen the Union.
