Don Talarico – COPE Ontario Staff Representative

Don joined the Office and Professional Employees International Union (O.P.E.I.U.) in May 1976 and was elected President of Local 219 in December 1979.  In 1985, he began his career as a staff representative with the Mid Canada Council.  Don graduated from the Labour College of Canada in 1985 and served on the Canadian National Committee of O.P.E.I.U. and on the National Committee of Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union (C.O.P.E.).
