COPE Local 343 Member wins Award

COPE Local 343 member, Janice Gairey, Director of Human Rights, at the Ontario Federation of Labour has won the Bromley Armstrong award. The award “recognizes dedication and contributions that demonstrate outstanding committment and leadership to persons that fought and propagate the rights of Labour and Human Rights”. Sister Gairey is the President of the Ontario chapter of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists. Congratulations Janice!
